Mackenzie was a founding engineer and Head of Technical Operations at Oscar Health, an insurance startup also based in NYC, helping to grow the company to over 400+ employees.

Jeffrey Alberts co-heads his firm's FinTech Group, where he advises blockchain, digital currency, and FinTech companies on various regulatory matters, including securities offering, anti-money laundering, and privacy and data security. As a pioneering figure in blockchain law since 2014, his groundbreaking work has been featured in Wall Street Journal, Time, and Coin Desk as well as in several histories of the blockchain industry. His expertise and thought leadership in FinTech law have earned him recognition from prestigious organizations like Chambers and Partners, and he continues to work on cutting-edge legal issues related to blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
Elle is an Investor at Reciprocal Ventures, focusing on crypto at the intersection of Fintech. She has led investments in Coinflow, Plume Network, Solana etc. In addition, Elle has had finance experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in NYC and as an Investment Team Summer Analyst at VC fund-of-fund StepStone Group (Prev. Greenspring Associates). Elle graduated magna cum laude from Duke University and studied Political Science, Economics, and Philosophy.
Elizabeth is the Product Lead for the Dealer and White Label solution at Talos, the premier provider of institutional digital asset trading technology. Based in New York, Elizabeth is responsible for leading on new product development and deployment operations for a variety of different client environments. Prior to Talos, Elizabeth was a Senior Engagement Lead at Broadway Technology where she was responsible for building and rolling out FX e-commerce systems for banks. She enjoys competing in races in new locales around the world and counts marathons, triathlons, and bike races among her racing interests. Elizabeth earned both her Bachelor's degree (Computer Science and Electrical Engineering) and Master's of Engineering degree (Computer Science) from MIT.
Jasmine is a digital assets strategist for Fidelity Digital Asset Management at Fidelity Investments. Ms. Jia collaborates with investors on digital asset education and implementation using Fidelity solutions. Prior to FDAM, Ms. Jia was a partner at Recharge Capital, where she oversaw digital assets hedge funds and Web 3.0 venture investment portfolio. Previously, she was a senior vice president at BlockFi and a senior manager at Ernst & Young. Ms. Jia earned her bachelor of science degree in finance from Sun Yat-sen University; her master of accountancy from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota; and her master of business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Eric is Head of DeFi on the Ava Labs Business Development team where he leads partnerships with top DeFi protocols, asset issuers, and service providers in the space. Before joining Ava Labs, Eric was in PwC Consulting, advising clients on M&A deals across Healthcare and TMT. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from New York University.
Kristen is Head of Strategic Partnerships and Enterprise Sales at Paxos. Previously, she spent 14 years at J.P. Morgan in Equity Derivatives and Sales leadership roles, and holds an MBA from Wharton. With expertise in financial markets and strategic partnerships, she helps shape Paxos’ infrastructure for the open financial system.

Aviad’s current focus is on converging cutting-edge technology with exceptional customer experience (CX) to reshape the digital asset landscape. Aviad spearheads Broadridge’s global business in digital assets, tokenization, and real-world assets, serving a diverse ecosystem of intermediaries, investors, and regulators in developing data, communications, and governance solutions to accelerate the growth and adoption and in defining a path for converging TradFi and DeFi into OneFi.
Caroline Tarnok is the Vice President of Financial and Operational Risk at Coinbase. Her responsibilities span credit, market, liquidity, payments, operational and enterprise risk, in support of institutional and retail products at the largest US-based crypto exchange. Caroline has more than 20 years of risk experience. Prior to joining Coinbase in 2019, Caroline spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for credit risk management across financial institutions, derivatives and digital assets. Caroline graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics and Psychology.
Nelli is the Head of Platform Settlement Solutions for the Kinexys Digital Payments team at Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, where she focuses on product development and industry collaboration that enables the use of Kinexys Digital Payments product suite (formerly J.P. Morgan Coin), as a first-of-its-kind cash on chain solution for a wide range of transactional platforms, including novel digital asset platforms and traditional FMIs. Nelli has been on the leadership team for Kinexys Digital Payment and it’s predecessor organizations since 2019. Nelli originally joined J.P. Morgan as an attorney in the Payments Legal department. She was the global legal lead for Payments blockchain initiatives. As the first product attorney at J.P. Morgan to cover in-production use of blockchain, Nelli led the creation of the legal frameworks for core Kinexys products across all product categories. Nelli also led the J.P. Morgan legal team for the initial establishment of Partior, a blockchain based technology platform.
